Delivered on 1945-03-20. On the letter head: “The Raiders”. Only two sheets of the same type and unfinished. The ending seems to be in a lighter paper sheet. Content: sorry for not sending news, no time. Not received picture of baby. “When that gets here every thing (sic) will look brighter.” Not received any letter from “folks” but eight from Leona dated November 18 to January 15. “We stoped (sic) at a little german (sic) town and it certainly was a pleasure to sleep in a building.” There was not envelope but in the letter Danny mentions to be in Germany.
