She got two letters from him this morning. She was sorry he found Camp Robinson in bad condition, asked him how were his quarters. Asks him to let her know everything important right away because he knows how inquisitive she is. She left with his favourite pen and is asking him if he wants it. She received a letter with ten dollars and encourages him to always keep some money for himself. The sun has finally come out and she hopes it stays that way. She wants him to call her as soon as he gets this letter, even if he has to reverse charges. She asked him to write to Pancho. She tells him that he is next to her every night and always.
