He is happy that she is in perfect health, as well as their daughter Rosina and his wife's sister. He expresses his affection to his wife and he wants them to start living a new life together, a life of joy and happiness, without disagreement. He mentions Salvatore, her brother's son. He is willing to take the plane to come and see her but now that she is completely healed, he is expecting her to come. He thanks her for sending him 3 umbrellas, but asking to not send him anything; he needs nothing, and if he does he can find it easily in the U.S.
